Sweet Potatoe Apple Casserole

Today I tried a brand new recipe given by a friend and it was absolutely delicious!! Any easy!!  It only took me no more then 15 minutes to put it all together from start to finish and then I just popped it in the oven.  So here it goes:

4 Sweet Potatoes

3 Apples

1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

Chopped pecans ( optional )
