For a long time, we tried to establish a routine of cleaning up our stuff every evening before bed. For the kids, that mostly means putting all their toys where they belong. Well, it’s that time of year again… cold and flu season. In the last two weeks, each member of my family has come down with a cold, ending with me. When canceling playdates I would tell my friends, “Yes, we’ve all had it… except me, thank goodness!” Wouldn’t you know, bragging about it has come back to bite me.
